Return and exchange conditions

Returns and exchanges of goods purchased in the Lita online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”), in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights,” are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer.

Return shipping of goods is carried out at the buyer's expense.

Conditions for returning and exchanging goods of good quality

To make a return or exchange, the product must be in proper condition, namely:

- the product has not been used;
- the product has no mechanical damage, its appearance and packaging are preserved;
- the product is fully equipped;
- the product has all tags and factory markings.

Products that do not comply with the above points cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns and exchanges of goods are carried out through the courier company “Novaya Poshta” at the buyer’s expense.

1. Pack the item in a box.
Place the product and all accessories in the original packaging in the same condition in which you received it.

3. Refund for goods

- To the card (card number and name, surname of the owner of the bank card)
- Funds will be returned to the card you specified within 2-7 days from the date of receipt and confirmation of your return.
